Copperview 4th Ward Campout

(or otherwise known as "the fun ward") LOL
Our ward had their annual campout on friday. Bryan and I were planning on going up friday afternoon, staying over night and coming home saturday after lunch. On thursday neither one of us could get going and start packing. Finally, I told him that I really, really did not want to stay over night! (only tents were allowed, no trailors and I am NOT a tent girl!). He laughed and said he was going only because I wanted to. We then decided just to go up for the evening. Friday I packed dinner, extra clothes for the girls, swimsuits for the girls, pillows and the new Hannah Montana movie and we were off! It was at some Stake property outside of Heber.
Kenzee has decided she doesn't like her picture taken anymore. We are all sitting around the campfire talking and making smores'.
Kaylee, Megan and Tanner
There was a lake with canoes and a zip line. Bryan took Kamree and Rickee out on the lake. I have a fear of being on water but I sucked it up and took Kenzee and Kaylee out in a canoe. Of course there is no picture to prove it because the camera was in my pocket. It was VERY scary! Kaylee and I were the rowers and every time any of us moved the boat tipped a bit. I was so afraid we were going to capsize! Now I know why I don't like being on boats!!!
This is Kaylee and Megan out on the lake. They buzzed around like they were pros.
Cute Becca spent most of her time taking Rickee and Kamree around the lake in her canoe. She is such a good sport. I can't believe she took just Rickee out by herself! (I'm sure Rickee was a
lot of help rowing!) Thanks a million Becca!
Here is my dare-devil daughter, McKamree! She went on the zip line three times. The first time Bryan had to pull her back up to the top. The second time she jumped out and Ashley Bohling swam back with her, but the third time (this one in the video) she jumped out and swam back to shore all by herself! She loved it! Way to go Kam!
We had a great time and maybe next year we will brave the elements and sleep over!
