Arriving in the 21st century...
FINALLY I have convinced Bryan that we need High-speed internet. I just ordered it and we should be entering the 21st century by the weekend. For all of you who know me well, it has been a hugh challenge for me to have very slow dial-up. I told Bryan that time is money and with all the time I spend on the internet for preschool (and only preschool) I would have so much more time to clean the house. That was the trick. He went for it. A clean house is worth $14.99 a month to him. I wish I would have thought of that sooner. (Carolee, now we just have to convince Jason) Well, i better start on my house. Happy blogging.

That's going to be SO nice...it really makes such a huge difference to have internet that actually works! I am proud of you for starting a blog using dial-up!
I didn't know that anyone still had dial-up :)! Do your kids' friends come over just to see something that ancient? Just kidding! Welcome to the high-speed world.

I think you will save tons of time. And also your kids will really start needing the internet for school stuff. Does he want them to be brain surgeons when they grow up? They should have every advantage. :)
I'm with Marianne, growing Brain Surgeons is definitely worth at least 14.99 a month...And adding that you will have more time to clean the house comment, smooth. I'll have to keep that one in my back pocket till I find something shiny I want.
I am trying. I will have to try the clean house approach. A clean house is worth a lot.... but so is $14.99a month to an accountant :)
