Rickee made these very cute Gingerbread Houses atschool on tuesday. The preschool kids had soooo much fun.
Mrs. Rogers had the houses built so the kids just got the
fun job of decorating them. I think some of the kids ate
as much candy as they put on their house. It was fun to watch them
create. The girls at home thought it was very cool. The houses didn't
last long once I told them they could eat some of the candy. I got this
picture just in time. The houses are now gone. Thanks Carolee!

Ava loved her gingerbread house too. Of course, it's gone now too! What a fun thing for the little ones to do. You guys sure are awesome teachers!
Carson loved making his too. You really are so ambitious to do such a messy and time consuming project with a bunch of 3 and 4 year olds!
It's good to hear that someone actually eats those houses. Maybe Ander is still to young for this to be news to me but we usually make them and then they sit on the kitchen counter for 3 weeks and annoy me until I finally throw them away!
They are always fun to make and I'm glad I'm not the only one who pumps the kids full of sugar before sending them home.
Great job, Rickee! I'm sure you two (Shauna and Carolee) have the funnest preschool ever.
